The speculation has been widespread. This marks a shift from previous models, such as the Galaxy S24 series, which used both Snapdragon and Samsung's own Exynos chipsets, depending on the region. Users of the Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 the most popular slate in 2011 is now getting its official Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean upgrade. Samsung has just started rolling the Jelly bean update and right now hitting in Spain. Samsung software updates rolls out in phases, so therefore other countries may also get this update sooner. The update as said packed in 4.1.2 and features some goodies which can be found on Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 2 like the "Touchwiz Nature UX". Some features like Google Now, including Direct Call, Smart Stay and Pop-up Play were also added.
