High-End Android Phones Powered with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

Some smartphones featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 have already been launched in China, with many expecting a global release shortly after. A growing list of flagship smartphones are expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which was officially announced in late September 2025. The chipset is anticipated to power top-tier Android devices throughout late 2025 and 2026, with several phones already confirmed or heavily rumored. Rooted ROM for Rogers Galaxy S II LTE based on 4.1.2 Jelly Bean RUXMA7 now available

For those who's been looking to root the latest 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update on Samsung Galaxy S II LTE (RUXUMA7). You can now manually install a rooted ROM based from Rogers official JB 4.1.2 RUXUMA7 firmware. XDA-Developers contributor "vincom" the creator of the SuperLite ROM, now brings a pre-rooted ROM image that is purely based on latest official 4.1.2 Jelly Bean release 'RUXMA7'. If you are an elite user of the Samsung Galaxy S II LTE and unstoppable for tweaking your device, then this ROM is suitable for you. This ROM will also work on ATT Skyrocket and T-Mobile's T989, only needs a "rotation fix" as mentioned earlier by the developer.

This ROM is just around 179MB in size, all you need is to install a custom recovery first like CWM or TWRP on your Galaxy S II LTE. We've all been anticipating the release of the stable version of Samsung's One UI 8 beta program, which is based on Android 16. Paint On Galaxy Z Fold7 Phones Is Already Peeling Off, According To Consumers

The paint chipping issue reported by some Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 users appears to be a recurring problem that was also seen with the Z Fold 6. Despite users claiming they have not dropped their devices, paint delamination is occurring on the anodized aluminum body. Samsung’s support page for the Z Fold 6 suggests that poorly grounded third-party chargers can cause leakage currents, damaging the anodized finish and leading to paint chipping. This is why Samsung advises using only official chargers.
