The Samsung Galaxy S4 hardware specs will be set in to variations from market to market. Samsung will set a two different processors, the U.S version will be built with Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon 600 1.9 GHz Quad-Core and the international version will be using a octo-core Exynos 5 Octa (5410) 1.6 GHz Octa-Core . The two CPU's has different speed capability, the rest of the world is a bit slower as compared to the U.S version.
