Earlier today, an Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean OTA update leaks out for Verizon Galaxy Nexus. The OTA update software build JDQ39 packed in Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Those of you owned a Verizon Galaxy Nexus and currently runs with stocked 4.1.1 JRO03O and might also rooted and installed with custom recovery, you can give a try to upgrade 4.2.2 JDQ39. You can grab the stock OTA zip below and manually install it via recovery like CWM.

Copy it to the SDcard memory.
