AT&T's flagship the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 gets new software update but still based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. A plenty of Galaxy Note users has notified from the said update with baseband build version to (I317UCAMC3). So far there is no official chagelog posted by AT&T about this update but some users at XDA-forums, confirmed that this update brings no noticeable changes from the earlier 4.1.2 design but it came-up with Google Chrome Browser. Aside from Google Chrome apps features, the a new radio and kernel version will also boost the Wifi performance.

Applied the update but did not feel any difference. As far as radio is concerned there is no change other than the version update, modem patch file is just 153.25K.
Chrome is part of default application with MC3 build.
I ran the update check on my Note 2 last night and got the update notification. I updated hoping that it is 4.2, but android version remained at 4.1.2 and the base band got updated to I317UCAMC3. I tried to research on this, but no info. anywhere. This is the only thread I found. As instructed in the other post in this thread, I tried to lookup in General section, but found nothing. Any information would be appreciated.
This update also added the Google Chrome browser to the applications.
