Apple's two failed iPhones in 2025

The interest in the iPhone 17 series is high, particularly for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models, which are outselling their predecessors. The iPhone Air has a different tale to tell; sales haven't been great, with reports showing low demand and major production cuts.  In contrast to the heavily publicized flop of the iPhone Air, there hasn't been much info on how the iPhone 16e is doing in sales. Early reports suggested it was doing pretty well, but it seems that wasn't up to Apple's standards.  Sales of the iPhone 16e and iPhone Air aren't meeting Apple's expectations, as per info from leaker Fixed Focus Digital (source in Chinese). While no exact figures were shared, the leaker suggests that Apple's effort to launch a popular, budget-friendly iPhone hasn't succeeded. Sony Xperia Z1 and Z Ultra Receives 4.3 Update - Brings Display, Bluetooth Music Streaming , Email and WiFi Improvements

Sony's Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra users will now starts to receive the Android 4.3 update as Sony Mobile finally confirmed the said 4.3 has started to roll out. The 4.3 update will brings additional improvements to the display which has now equipped with a White Balance options in menu settings. There are also several enhancements added, including the Bluetooth Music Streaming, and for WiFi and Email improvements. The 4.3 software is dubbed with firmware build numbers 14.2.A.1.136 and the roll out is in stages.


So for those proud owners of the Sony Xperia Z1 and Sony Xperia Z Ultra should keep an eye of this new Android 4.3 update which can be downloaded using PC Companion for now and not yet available through over-the-air (OTA).

We've all been anticipating the release of the stable version of Samsung's One UI 8 beta program, which is based on Android 16. Paint On Galaxy Z Fold7 Phones Is Already Peeling Off, According To Consumers

The paint chipping issue reported by some Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 users appears to be a recurring problem that was also seen with the Z Fold 6. Despite users claiming they have not dropped their devices, paint delamination is occurring on the anodized aluminum body. Samsung’s support page for the Z Fold 6 suggests that poorly grounded third-party chargers can cause leakage currents, damaging the anodized finish and leading to paint chipping. This is why Samsung advises using only official chargers. However, since at least one affected user on Reddit reported using an official 25W Samsung charger, it raises concerns that the problem might not be solely due to third-party chargers.
