Root Samsung Galaxy S3 i747M Bell,Rogers,Telus Sasktel runs on I747MVLUFNF2 Android 4.4.2 update. To begin with rooting, you must need to know that when you root the 4.4.2 I747MVLUFNF2 update it'll tripped the KNOX counter. Though there was this root method for the first 4.4.2 update with build number I747MVLUFNE6 called towelroot that does not triggered KNOX but this time it will no longer work once you received the I747MVLUFNF2 update. So again, this root method might forced to tripped that KNOX counter and voids the warranty of your phone. But anyway, if your warranty has already expired, then you may just read on.

1.) Download the latest version of CF-Auto-Root from http://autoroot.chainfire.eu/ and select the SGH-I747M CF-Autoroot. Extract or unzip the downloaded files.
2.) Download Odin3_v3.09 and install Kies or download the USB driver.
3.) Run Odin3_v3.09. Do not tick the "Re-Partition check-box.
4.) Reboot your Galaxy S3 into download mode. Press and hold Volume down and the Power keys, then press Volume up to enter into the download mode screen. And then connect the phone to your compute using the supplied USB data cable.
5.) Click Odin's AP button then load the CF-Auto-Root-d2can-d2vl-sghi747m.tar.md5 file.
6.) Hit "START" button and wait until it finishes flashing.
Once installed and rebooted your phone you may noticed that the SuperSU app will keep on crashing.
Now flashed the latest version of SuperSU from here http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu.

1.) Enable the “Allow to install apps from unknown sources” so you can install a 3rd-party apps by going to Settings>>Security and then check the box next to Unknown Sources.
2.) Open-up the browser from your Galaxy S4, then type the website address towelroot.com.
3.) Once on the website page, simply click the "Lambda" sign to begin downloading the towelroot.apk file.
4.) Locate the towelroot.apk from your downkoad archives then run it by simply clicking the button called “make it rain”. Wait until it finishes and the phone reboot.
5.) You may then manually install the SuperSU so you can update the SU binary.
Grab it from Chainfire or at Play Store. Update the SuperSU app from chainfire website and lastly install it from there.

Root I747MVLUFNF2 4.4.2 Update

This is for those who have not yet updated or might just want to stay on the I747MVLUFNE6 4.4.2 update. This root method will not harm the KNOX security counter.
