Samsung to unveil Metal-covered Samsung Galaxy Alpha on the Fourth of August

It is only in a couple of days before Samsung will introduce the rumored smartphone that is more or less metal. Reported today, the said manufacturer will reveal the 4.8-inch Samsung Galaxy Alpha this coming August 4 and is expected to hit the market immediately after the anticipated announcement.

As what Samsung users hoped for, the Android device projects a unique display that comes with a metal chassis. Said to be a scaled down GS5, Alpha is envisaged to exhibit a 4.8-inch 1280x720 pixel AMOLED display, LTE-Advanced connectivity, 32GB of storage and a fingerprint sensor.

Moving ahead, Samsung is set to expose at the IFA conference in Berlin the fourth generation Galaxy Note in September. The 5.7-inch Note 4 boasts a notable feature “a three sided display so messages can be read from an angle,” according to a Samsung exec.

As we saw last week, the iPhone 6 is already afraid to competitors and analysts would be different manufacturers ready to wait at the gate the new iPhone with the latest generation of products with the aim of countering the dominance of the smartphone business from Apple.

But the news that circulates in these hours on the net is already sparking a series of discussions, nurturing curiosity: the South Korean news agency ETNews, in fact, did you know that Samsung Electronics would be willing to release a new smartphone early as next month , anticipating Apple and trying to erode the market further bitten apple. But it is possible that the first manufacturer in the world to launch another top of the range a few months after the launch of the Galaxy S5. threatening to "burn" the sales of the latter?

According ETNews sources would be well-informed: the new super device would be called Alpha Galaxy, with large screen and with very high resolution, metal shell and other interesting features. It could be a version of the Galaxy S5 even more large or some sort of redesign of the Galaxy Note, more modern, stylish and hi-tech.

For now, these would be the only information on the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, obviously without any official confirmation from the manufacturer in Asia. It is not the first time that a new release is assumed most "anti-iPhone 6" compared to S5, even when reported by different names: in this case, however, is the echo of ETNews might give the impression that there might be something of truth in the rumors that have chased so far. To confirm or not, however, have to wait until August, just around the corner.

Paint On Galaxy Z Fold7 Phones Is Already Peeling Off, According To Consumers

The paint chipping issue reported by some Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 users appears to be a recurring problem that was also seen with the Z Fold 6. Despite users claiming they have not dropped their devices, paint delamination is occurring on the anodized aluminum body. Samsung’s support page for the Z Fold 6 suggests that poorly grounded third-party chargers can cause leakage currents, damaging the anodized finish and leading to paint chipping. This is why Samsung advises using only official chargers. However, since at least one affected user on Reddit reported using an official 25W Samsung charger, it raises concerns that the problem might not be solely due to third-party chargers. It could indicate potential issues with Samsung’s paint application process or possibly that their chargers might not fully prevent this damage under certain conditions. Received the phone and been using for almost a week. Treated the phone like a baby but the paint seems to start peeling off (sort of) day by ...
