Is there a method for rooting the sm-g900p, 4.4.4. I have used cf-autoroot method with 4.4.2, does it require a different file?
ReplyDeleteHello Ron, Yes, the G900PVPU1ANK4 4.4.4 can be rooted.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't care about tripping KNOX counter or you already tripped it to 0x1 then you can use CF-AUTO root.
If you have to keep KNOX at 0x0 you should not trip it. Here's how.
1. Use Odin to flash the NE5 stock kernel.
2. Install Towelroot
3. Odin flash NK4 kernel.
4. Install a fresher SuperSU
Just look for the official kernel builds that might have been posted at http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-galaxy-s5/general
How can i find the 4.4.4 update to download since im rooted and havent gotten it and what are the step flash it without losing root?
