Apple's two failed iPhones in 2025

The interest in the iPhone 17 series is high, particularly for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models, which are outselling their predecessors. The iPhone Air has a different tale to tell; sales haven't been great, with reports showing low demand and major production cuts.  In contrast to the heavily publicized flop of the iPhone Air, there hasn't been much info on how the iPhone 16e is doing in sales. Early reports suggested it was doing pretty well, but it seems that wasn't up to Apple's standards.  Sales of the iPhone 16e and iPhone Air aren't meeting Apple's expectations, as per info from leaker Fixed Focus Digital (source in Chinese). While no exact figures were shared, the leaker suggests that Apple's effort to launch a popular, budget-friendly iPhone hasn't succeeded. Verizon Galaxy S6 edge 5.1.1 Update (G925VVRU3BOG5) Finally Released

Verizon is now officially sending out the Android 5.11 Lollipop update on Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920V) and Samsung Galaxy S6 edge (SM-G925V).  The Galaxy S6 edge 5.1.1 update now bump up the build number to LMY47X.G925VVRU3BOG5 and baseband version to G925VVRU3BOG5. There are numerous enhancements being introduce to the update and mostly all of it are fixes to some particular issues like the ‘Contacts has stopped’ error and a lot more. The initial changelog details also mentioned the Stagefright fix, just like the ones released on Sprint and AT&T  S6 edge.

Note: There is a typo error as shown on screenshot. The  Software version should be LMY47X.G925VVRU3BOG5, instead of LMY47X.G920VVRU3BOG5 which pointed to the Galaxy S6 (SM-G920V).

Enhancements:
  • Upgrade to Android OS 5.1.1
  • Caller Name ID now works if you have Advanced Calling enabled on your device
  • Fixed an issue where sometimes ‘Contacts has stopped’ would pop up
  • Fixed a no service condition when traveling to Puerto Rico
  • Fixed an issue where sometimes the Mobile Data icon would disappear from the Quick Panel
  • Made improvements to auto-correction and predictive text in native keypad
  • Device Security Improvements

The update is now available via Over-The-Air (OTA) update and the release may be in stages.  Make sure to prepare your Galaxy S6 edge before taking the update, like charging the battery to its fullest as the 5.1.1 update itself is packed in a large file size. We've all been anticipating the release of the stable version of Samsung's One UI 8 beta program, which is based on Android 16. Paint On Galaxy Z Fold7 Phones Is Already Peeling Off, According To Consumers

The paint chipping issue reported by some Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 users appears to be a recurring problem that was also seen with the Z Fold 6.
