Fortunately, the update is only available via Over-The-Air (OTA) over a Wi-Fi connection and couldn't be seen via Smart Switch for PC/MAC. The release might run into several days and not everyone may get the update at the same time. So if you haven’t yet gotten your update, you can check for it manually by heading into Settings > About device > Software update. If you'll received a message that says something like "Software Update Interrupted. No update is available for your device at this time. Please try again in 24 hours", Don't panic, it only means that the server is busy, so you should keep on checking until you'll get an open slot and you may then download the update.
