Verizon Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge Receives an Update to build (G920VVRU4BOG7 & G925VVRU4BOG7), But No Samsung Pay
Verizon Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920V) and S6 Edge (SM-G925V) has also been receiving a minor OTA update recently. The update will bump up the Galaxy S6 Android 5.1.1 OS to build G920VVRU4BOG7 while the Galaxy S6 Edge will move to G925VVRU4BOG7. The update did not include the Samsung Pay and other new features like the Live broadcast but instead its just another Android security patch update. Noting that Verizon is the only carrier in the US that isn't part of the Samsung Pay as the debate is still ongoing between Samsung and Verizon.
Just about yesterday, the CEO of LoopPay - Will Graylin, has tweeted that Verizon Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge users will be able to download the Samsung Pay via Google Play next week. Meanwhile, some users already managed to install the said Samsung Pay into their device using the Apps APK file itself, but somehow the activation process were still in a pending status.
