Samsung has just started rolling out the July Android Security Patch for the Sprint Galaxy S5 (SM-G900P). The update has bumped up the Android 6.0.1 Marsmallow OS to build version G900PVPU3CPG1 from the current build version G900PVPS3CPE2. Along with July security patch, there are also several fixes included in it to address to some certain issues such as the Short code messaging, and SOS message feature. The Kineto client is also being updated for more stability.
The G900PVPU3CPG1 OTA update weighs at approximately 90 MB to download via Over-The-Air (OTA) and or by using Kies or Smart Switch for PC.
