Some smartphones featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 have already been launched in China, with many expecting a global release shortly after. AT&T Galaxy Note 5 has gotten another monthly security update that bumps its current Android OS to build version to N920AUCS4CPK1. The update is still in Android Marshmallow base, and not the much awaited Nougat update yet. It'll just brings the November package of Android device security patches and nothing more. Who knows that this might be the preparation for the upcoming Nougat update to which were already seen around the corner, and are now still in intensive testing processes.

How to Update the Galaxy Note 5 via Over-The-Air OTA?
- From the device Home screen, simply tap Apps.
- Tap the Settings (gear icon).
- Tap the System tab.
- Tap About device.
- Tap Software update.
- Tap Check for updates.
- Tap the Install button, then OK.
- Wait until the phone completely reboot before touching it. It may reboot (turn on and off) multiple times as the update might still at its finalization stage.
However, if somehow the update isn’t available yet, you should also consider that the released usually take in stages and may also take into several days before it arrive in some areas. So you may have to wait and keep on checking until you’ll see the update.
