The interest in the iPhone 17 series is high, particularly for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models, which are outselling their predecessors. The iPhone Air has a different tale to tell; sales haven't been great, with reports showing low demand and major production cuts. In contrast to the heavily publicized flop of the iPhone Air, there hasn't been much info on how the iPhone 16e is doing in sales. Early reports suggested it was doing pretty well, but it seems that wasn't up to Apple's standards. Sales of the iPhone 16e and iPhone Air aren't meeting Apple's expectations, as per info from leaker Fixed Focus Digital (source in Chinese). While no exact figures were shared, the leaker suggests that Apple's effort to launch a popular, budget-friendly iPhone hasn't succeeded. T-Mobile Galaxy Note5 got a new update to version N920TUVS4DQA2, bringing the Android security patch level to January 1, 2017. This might just a minor over-the air (OTA) update, but the update size weighs at around 60 MB, it is much larger since it also contains the security patches for the month of December 2016.
Noting that the previous update build version N920TUVU4DPK6 has only moved its security patch level to November 1, 2016, and there hasn't any security updates being released last month.
Yet again, this update is still and has stayed in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and there is no indication of any Android Nougat updates. Though, it has been reported and already announced that the Galaxy Note5 will get the Nougat goodies, but we can't guarantee the exact time and date of its release.
What’s New:
Build version details:
You may check for the update right now, if you haven't receive the notification message yet. The update is release in stages and it may take several days before it completely deployed to all T-Mobile Galaxy Note 5 devices.
The Over The Air (OTA) update requires you to connect your Galaxy Note 5 to a Wi-Fi network to avoid high data charges. Ensure that your device battery is recharged before performing the software update. The phone must not have been rooted or otherwise the update may fail or it may cause a fatal error. You must fully unroot your Galaxy Note5 first before performing the software update.
