The international variant of the Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) are receiving an update to build version G900FXXS1CQC1. This update is carrying the March 1, 2017 Android security patch level. In the meantime it is officially pushed in UK's Galaxy S5 owners, but it might be also heading towards the rest of the nearby countries in the Europe region these coming couple of days.

While judging to the firmware build details, it quite very similar to last month's updates. So the only thing this version probably brings is non other than the said Android security patch updates and there's nothing more.

For advanced users and for those who have a rooted Galaxy S5, you can download the stock firmware instead – Galaxy S5 Stock Firmware. Since your device has been modified it will no longer receive an over-the-air OTA. So the only way to get the marshmallow update is to fully removed the root image from your Galaxy S5 first.
