High-End Android Phones Powered with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

Some smartphones featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 have already been launched in China, with many expecting a global release shortly after. A growing list of flagship smartphones are expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which was officially announced in late September 2025. The chipset is anticipated to power top-tier Android devices throughout late 2025 and 2026, with several phones already confirmed or heavily rumored. Android 7.0 Nougat Updates Hitting Galaxy Note 5 Variants in Korea

The Galaxy Note 5 variants in Korea such as the SM-N920K, SM-N920L, and SM-N920S had also started receiving the Android 7.0 Nougat updates. These devices usually received the first treatment when it comes to Android OS upgrades since these devices were just at Samsung's backyard.

But anyways, even though the scenario has changed, and these devices hasn't treated the way it was before,  the good thing is that the Nougat updates still arrived at the perfect time.

The paint chipping issue reported by some Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 users appears to be a recurring problem that was also seen with the Z Fold 6.
