Sprint has finally pushed the Galaxy S6 edge+ SM-G928P official Android 7.0 Nougat updates, to which came out as build version G928PVPU3DQC5. However, Sprint support page hasn't showed any announcement yet, it could be updated soon. But OTA update itself is now officially released to the public so there is nothing to worry things about.
Meanwhile, those who owns the Sprint Galaxy S6 SM-G920P and Galaxy S6 edge SM-G925P your Android 7.0 Nougat updates hasn't surfaced yet, and there are no words about it so far. But it might arrive at a time right after the Galaxy S8 and S8+ launch this month.
So those who owns the Galaxy S6 edge+ SM-G928P, you folks may better check this Nougat update availability. Again, it isn't fully rolled out yet as it's still under in phase released.
