A week earlier Verizon has rolled out the Android 7.0 Nougat update on Galaxy S6 edge+ (SM-G928V), this time around it has also begun sending out the said Nougat updates on Galaxy S6 (SM-G920V) and the Galaxy S6 edge (SM-G925V).
The Galaxy S6 bumped-up to Android 7.0 Nougat build version NRD90M.G920VVRS4DQD1 from Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow MMB29K.G920VVRS4CQA3 . While the Galaxy S6 edge on the other hand, also moved to Nougat version NRD90M.G925VVRS4DQD1 from Marshmallow version MMB29K.G920VVRS4CQA3.
The Android 7.0 Nougat basically brings some new stuff, including the new battery managements that allows users to optimize the battery life performance. The Android 7.0 Nougat Multi-tasking function now also supports split screen view for all apps, and the updated keyboard with built-in language predictions.

Aside from Android 7.0 Nougat goodies, both devices also received the April 1, 2017 Android security patch level.

The roll out is still in phases and it will take into several days before it reaches in some areas. Some users may see get right on the spot, while others may not. Just make sure to keep on checking by hitting your device settings. From Home screen > Apps > About phone > Check for updates. You may also use the Software upgrade assistant.
If it just keeps saying like "Service unavailable software update is temporarily unavailable. Try again later" then you must wait until the OTA server is not overly saturated.
