Canada's Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920W8 Android 7.0 Nougat's June Security Update to version N920W8VLS4CQF2
As Canada's Galaxy Note 5 already received its Android 7.0 Nougat updates way back in April. Now here comes another round of Nougat updates that are about to hit the said devices this month. This update will bumped up all Canadian carriers Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920W8 to Nougat version N920W8VLS4CQF2 from the previous released version N920W8VLU4CQC9.
However, the update will not bring any additional features, but it includes the June 1, 2017 Android security patch level. Aside from June's Security patches it may also includes general enhancements, bug-fixes, and other system improvements.

How to Update Galaxy Note 5 via Over-The-Air:

- From the Home screen, tap the Menu Key > Settings > About device > Software updates > Check for Updates.
- If your device finds a new software update, tap Download now.
- When the download complete, a screen will appear advising you that the new version of software is ready to be installed. Tap Install update.
- The device will power down and power back on. A screen will appear stating that the installation has been completed. Tap OK.
- One the phone reboots, you may head back to Settings > About device to double-check if you’ve successfully updated your Galaxy Note 5 OS to Android 7.0 Nougat version N920W8VLS4CQF2.
