Apple's two failed iPhones in 2025

The interest in the iPhone 17 series is high, particularly for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models, which are outselling their predecessors. The iPhone Air has a different tale to tell; sales haven't been great, with reports showing low demand and major production cuts.  In contrast to the heavily publicized flop of the iPhone Air, there hasn't been much info on how the iPhone 16e is doing in sales. Early reports suggested it was doing pretty well, but it seems that wasn't up to Apple's standards.  Sales of the iPhone 16e and iPhone Air aren't meeting Apple's expectations, as per info from leaker Fixed Focus Digital (source in Chinese). August 2017 Android Security Updates Hitting Galaxy Note5 N920C/N920G

For those who owns the Galaxy Note5 particularly the SM-N920C and SM-N920G models, there's a new update heading on its way for your devices. These updates are still part of Samsung and Google's monthly Android Security Maintenance Release (SMR)  that will now bump up both Galaxy Note 5's Android Security Patch Level to August 1, 2017.

In addition, the update will start to hit the Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920C in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. While similar thing will also happens to the Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920G owners in Latin America, and select regions in Asia.

The rolling out starts on August 30, so make sure to keep an eye of this update of which will arrive shortly for a couple of days.

Yet again, the rolling out is still in phases, so that basically means not everyone can get the update at the same time. If ever, you've never receive the update's notification message, just do the manual method to check for an update.

How to Update Galaxy Note 5 via Over-The-Air:


Make sure your phone’s battery is fully re-charged before starting the software update. This is a must and very important part to get rid of some issues if ever the software update being interrupted due to a power failure.

  • From the Home screen, tap the Menu Key > Settings > About device > Software updates > Check for Updates.

  • If your device finds a new software update, tap Download now.

  • When the download complete, a screen will appear advising you that the new version of software is ready to be installed. Tap Install update.

  • The device will power down and power back on. A screen will appear stating that the installation has been completed. Tap OK.

  • One the phone reboots, you may head back to Settings > About device to double-check if you’ve successfully updated your Galaxy Note 5.
