How to Root Fido Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-I747M runs in 4.1.1 Jelly Bean

Seems no one out there is interested to tell this story, so I took a chance that maybe somewhere out there or maybe you who happens to have a Fido Samsung Galaxy S3 at hand and seeking for this answer on how to root your device.

Hey fellas! You can now root your Galaxy S3 phone without increasing the Binary flash counter.
This rooting method is courtesy of MrRobinson a highly recognized developer from XDA.
Rooting, allows yourself to have a full access of your phone, you can then install any apps that you like from Play Store. So, what are you waiting for, buy it now folks! just kidding, it's free though.

and grab the rooted stock ROM root66_FMC_I747MVLDLK4.7z file.

If you are new about rooting and think that rooting is way too difficult for you, then follow my guide here.  Don't be afraid about rooting, it's only a piece of cake. You can also easily unroot your device anytime you want.  If you don't know how to unroot, you are free to ask me.

Update: Here's the stock ROM, if else needed for unroot.

  2. Im using ATT s3 with fido. If i flash it to Fido rooted rom, will this erase all my apps and data? Should i use titanium backup to do a backup and restore it once its flashed? Thx
