This guide is for those who can't update their Samsung Galaxy S3 I747 (AT&T) to the new 4.1.2 Jelly Bean  software update build I747UCDMG2.  This is called manual flashing derived from XDA-developers method, from which the process directly install the 4.1.2 OTA update file into the Galaxy S3's recovery mode.
