April 2017 Security Update Landed on Verizon Galaxy, Moved to version G900VVRS2DQD1

The April 2017 Android Security Patch updates has just recently deployed on Verizon Galaxy S5 SM-G900V. The update has moved the device Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS to version G900VVRS2DQD1 from last month's  update version G900VVRU2DQC2 . Verizon is pushing an OTA update for Galaxy S5 (SM-G900V) containing the March 1, 2017 Android Security patch level. Noting that big red's has also unleashed the Android 7.0 Nougat updates on its Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note 5 flagships. Verizon has just pushed an OTA update dubbed as build version MMB29M.G900VVRS2DPL1 on Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900V). The update is said to optimize the device performance, resolve known issues and apply the latest security patches, according to big red's announcement. This is considerably means that this update will not bring any adverse effect nor noticeable changes to the device. However, the latter contains the December Android Security maintenance packaged released by Google itself. Verizon has pushed an OTA update on Galaxy S5 (SM-900V) to which came out as build version MMB29M.G900VVRU2DPJ2 . The latter isn't a Nougat update for the device but still in Android Marshmallow base. Verizon has once again released another Android 5.0 Lollipop for the Samsung Galaxy S5  (SM-G900V). An OTA update build version G900VVRU2BOG5 is rolling out on Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900V). Verizon has sent out another Android 5.0 Lollipop update on Galaxy S5 (SM-G900V).  The new 5.0 update comes with build version  G900VVRU2BOE1 ( LRXT21.G900VVRU2BOE1 ) and brings some few stuff  such as the multicast (eMBMS), fingerprint for EAS authentication, new LTE bands connectivity supports, remove softcard, and the  “GALAXY Apps” app store will be auto installed on to the device. Verizon is now sending out  a new Lollipop update on Galaxy S5 (SM-G900V) that will then bumped up the software build version to  G900VVRU1BOD5 .  Apparently, it is just a small OTA update that comes with a handy Galaxy Apps installed and the   Fingerprint Scanner for unlocking Microsoft Exchange accounts add-ons. Verizon has officially announced  that the Android 4.4.4 software update is now arriving  on Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900V. The new 4.4.4 update dubbed with build number KTU48P.G900VVRU1ANI2 with baseband version G900VVRU1ANI2 is now live via Over the air OTA update.
