Manually Upgrade Galaxy S3 I747 (AT&T) to Official Android 4.3 I747UCUEMJB OTA Update

For those who have a rooted Samsung Galaxy S3 (SGH-I747) from AT&T and basically having issues updating to the official Android 4.3 Jelly Bean that has been rolled out and comes with firmware build number I747UCUEMJB via OTA and or Kies, then this method is just created for you. Below is the original stock OTA update MJB that can be flashed through stock recovery and by installing thhis stock firmware this will restore your Galaxy S3 I747 to official AT&T firmware and will also upgrade to 4.3. Install CM10.2 M1 Nightly Build Update Base from Android 4.3 on Galaxy S2/S3/S4/Note2 and more

For those who been using the Cyanogenmod ROM on their device can now get an update to CM10.2 M1 nightly build. The CM10.2 is now based from Android 4.3 Jelly Bean AOSP (Android Open Source Project). It CyanogenMod 10.2 (Android 4.3) has been rolled-out for around 70 supported devices, including the Samsung Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 2, HTC One, HTC One X, Sony, LG and other Android devices. The CyanogenMod team says that are still into working with the CM10.2 code branch as the folks are now working in parallel with Android 4.4 KitKat but they never haven't mentioned anything yet of what among of those devices can get the 4.4 build release.
