Rumrunner Tool: Achieved S-OFF on Verizon HTC One

Verizon HTC One received a S-Off treatment using the 'Rumrunner S-Off Tool'.  A working Verizon HTC One S-OFF tool is now available for those who wants to start-over and has been planning to install ROMs and flashing custom recoveries. The process on achieving S-Off is quite simpler, it only requires users to be running on Windows or a 32-bit Linux computers and with the proper USB driver installed. HTC One Android 4.3 Update Set to Launch this September

Good news for HTC One owners, the much-awaited Android 4.3 Update is nearly coming before end of this month September. Recently, Jason Mackenzie president of Global sales from HTC, has had answers one of the HTC One owner via twitter that asked about the Android 4.3 update. According to Mackenzie replied, that the Android 4.3 update has been accordingly planned to be roll out before end of September. So, if this good to be true, HTC will be the first manufacturers unleash the Android 4.3  to their owned devices and might get ahead from Samsung that also reportedly upgrade the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 2 on October. HTC One Android 4.2.2 OTA Update Expected to Come, But Nothing Yet

There has been several reports this past few days that the said OTA update is coming for the HTC One today.  Basically, all of this reports turns-out to be unconfirmed details pointing to a non-official HTC announcement. Again, there is no certain official reports about this Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update from HTC's side. Along with some folks at XDA-developers forum we have been patiently waiting and too excited to receive this OTA update, but as of now there is nothing yet. HTC One 1.29 Update for Stability fixes, Zoe, Camera, Audio and Location Service

HTC One receives an update to software version 1.29.401.12 and its still based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. This update will not bring an overall system changes but more on improvements to the HTC Zoe, camera, Beats Audio and the location service which already included from previous 1.28 OTA update. This update is heading to all unlocked or SIM free HTC One in Europe countries and currently hitting UK owners. HTC Dev Offers Bootloader Unlock on AT&T's HTC One, CWM Recovery and Root Has Confirmed

Those who might have been wondered if the AT&T's version of HTC One is blocked by HTC's bootloader unlocking tool, well here's a good news! Android Central told, that One of the lucky guy who get the HTC One ahead of its release period confirms this by posting some pics while hes into unlocking the bootloader process. The device is now also installed with international version of CWM recovery and has rooted. The folks also emphasized that there are downsides of this unlock bootloader procedure, it will delete all data stored from the phone after unlock. Some apps were also removed such as the Calculator, Flashlight, Ringtone Trimmer and Sound Recorder and it will not  able to receive any OS updates.
