According to Mackenzie replied, that the Android 4.3 update has been accordingly planned to be roll out before end of September.
So, if this good to be true, HTC will be the first manufacturers unleash the Android 4.3 to their owned devices and might get ahead from Samsung that also reportedly upgrade the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 2 on October. The Android 4.3 has exceptionally been seen on Nexus devices, Google's pre-owned devices. Though the Android 4.4 KitKat will surface soon, so it's not too long before this 4.3 update came around on HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Sony, LG and among other devices.
