Official Android 4.3 Upgrade on Samsung Galaxy S4 Now Rolling

If you owned a Samsung Galaxy S4 and might have long-awaited the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update, you must take a deep-breath by now. Two of giant carriers in the U.S. AT&T and Sprint have launched the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for those who wants to buy it now in their online store.
