not certain if its coincidental or not, but my swype keyboard has been malfuntioning since this update. It does sometimes does not respond to touch at all, then works again. Is this a known issue and if so what is the solution?
ReplyDeleteTry to perform a full factory data reset first and don't forget to backup your data. The update will somewhat refresh the entire OS itself, a factory reset is sometimes needed once on every software update.

ReplyDeleteJ Schen and Rick K, I am having the same problem where battery drain is accelerated. I used to go 1.5 days on a charge and now can't get through a day. It was cut to about 1/3 time as before. According to the battery app, the top two consumers are Android OS 12% and Android System 10%. WiFi is third place at 6%,

ReplyDeleteMy phones Messages are super messed up after this update. After sending a message it automatically deletes it on my phone, but sometimes not. And when I receive a message shows the notification but the message is not always there. This update was a failure and I enjoy the older version much better because I could actually text people and understand conversation instead of having to send my messages twice or send them a message to send their old message again because I can't read it.
