Honor has just announced the launch date for the Honor 500 series. The Honor 500 and 500 Pro will make their debut on November 24 in China at 7:30 PM local time (11:30 AM UTC).
The Honor 500 and 500 Pro features a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2736 x 1264 pixel resolution. The 500 Pro will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, while the non-Pro will likely feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip. Both phones with options for up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Additionally, it will include a custom C1 modem and an E2 energy management chip as well.
The devices will pack an 8,000mAh silicon battery. The back of the phone is equipped with 200MP main cameras with the Pro utilizing a Samsung HP3 sensor alongside a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto (IMX858) and a 12MP ultrawide with a 117-degree FOV. Plus, it will have a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The Honor 500 series will be available in Blue, Pink, Black, and Silver colors.
