This 5.0 lollipop update is by far the absolute worst update one ever had. My phone works sooooooo slow and opening simple apps and multi tasking is a pain. While notifications on the front if the phone are great this software is riddled with bugs and I'm sorry that I updated sooooooo quickly. Their name should be changed to Samlagg because of the constant lag and crashing of apps....
ReplyDeleteHi Todd, Did you performed a full wipe data cache/factory reset right-away after updating? It may help resolves issues to such but not that much if some outdated apps were bound to FC's and lag-problem due to the Lollipop's compatibility issues.
ReplyDeleteHad the previous two European versions of lollipop on my S5 before trying this one, and this one seems quicker and better on the battery life. I have not factory reset or cleared cache on any occasion, but I understand how this may help some. I find this version of lollipop to be fast and fluid with very little lag. Think I still prefer the dark theme though rather than all this white! Must be harder on the battery too, as from my understanding, an amoled screen uses less juice to display dark colours!
ReplyDeleteDo a factory reset i had the same probleme at the 1st time
ReplyDeleteHate it looks so crap now. how can i go back to previous version ?!
ReplyDeleteAgree, horrible upgrade. Slow and ugly and incompatible...
