Following AT&T's released of the July 2017 security updates on Galaxy S6, S6 edge, and S6 active last week. This time, AT&T's is pushing the same treatment for the Galaxy S6 plus (SM-G928A). According to AT&T, a new update will be hitting the Galaxy S6 edge+ that will bump up its recent Android 7.0 Nougat OS to version G928AUCS4EQG1 from previous release version G928AUCS4EQF1.
The update only weighs at 22MB in file size, and there is no doubts that it only brings the said July 2017 security updates.

The update rolls out begins on July 31, 2017, and basically runs for a couple of weeks.
So if you’ve got a AT&T Galaxy S6 edge+ you can manually check for a software update by going into Settings > About device> Check for an Update.
Ensure your battery is fully charged before starting the software update. This is a must and very important part to get rid of some issues if ever the software update being interrupted due to a power failure.
From the Home screen, tap the Menu Key > Settings > About device > Software updates > Check for Updates.
If your device finds a new software update, tap Download now. When complete, a screen will appear advising you that the new version of software is ready to be installed. Tap Install the update.
The device will power down and power back on. A screen will appear stating that the installation has been completed. Tap OK.
