Galaxy Note 5 January 2017 Android Security Updates is Hitting SM-N920C and SM-N9208 Variants

The Galaxy S6 Edge+ SM-G928F is getting an updates to build version G928FXXS3BQA7 in the European regions.  The update is not the much awaited Android Nougat update yet, but it's still based in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. AT&T Galaxy S6 Edge+ Getting Updates to version G928AUCS4CPL1 Not Nougat But Still Marshmallow

Last week AT&T has sent out an update on Galaxy S6, S6 edge and S6 Active , this time the Galaxy S6 edge+ is also getting the same treatment. The update is dubbed as build version G928AUCS4CPL1, it is not the Nougat update yet but still in Android Marshmallow based. The said update only weighs at 14.7MB in file size and it brings nothing more but the new Android Security patches to which now covers the month of  December 2016. Moreover, this update is now the 7th Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow released on AT&T Galaxy S6 since June 2016. The Nougat update might start to roll out sooner but we cannot guarantee any exact date to when it could arrive.  Some reports suggest the the Nougat will be rolling out on April, but we couldn't take it into an account until Samsung and the said carrier make an official announcements.
