AT&T is sending out an OTA update for the Galaxy S5 (SM-G900A). The update has bumped the device Android Marshmallow OS  to build version G900AUCS4DQC1 from G900AUCU4DQB1 . AT&T Galaxy S6, S6 edge and S6 edge+ Android 7.0 Nougat Updates Ready for Release

If you owned a AT&T Galaxy S6 (SM-G920A), or a Galaxy S7 edge (SM-G925A) and a Galaxy S6 edge+ (SM-G928A) have been waiting for the Android 7.0 Nougat updates to roll out. Well, it looks like AT&T has finally prepares the said Nougat updates for their devices.
