Need help... I have tried OTA, and have tried Kies, and says my Rogers S5 is up to date, on 4.4.2. Kies show that the firmware, and band info is the same. Not sure what to do, Rogers asked if I unlocked the phone third party, would that make a difference?
ReplyDeleteTry to change the date 24hours forward. Then do OTA again, it's just a basic tricks but not a 100% solution but it worked sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem on Fido. Currently on 4.4.2 and whenever I click check for update it says I already have the latest firmware. Connected to Kies3 on the pc and it doesn't give an option to update to 5.0 lollipop either.
ReplyDeletesame boat here. Contact samsung they said to contact service provider and i did that and they said its samsung. smh.
ReplyDeleteSame boat here, both Samsung and bell direct you to each other
ReplyDeleteSeem the only option maybe to perform a factory reset - will try this weekend and report back on here.
